How I made a mid-career switch to be a fullstack developer!

In recent years, as the world embrace digitalization, the tech industry thrives and demand for software engineers has risen! According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, demands for developers and tech related roles are projected to grow by 25% from 2021 to 2031 (table below).

In a bid to attract talents, tech companies tend to offer amazing perks such as lucrative pay, beautiful workplace, relax and recreational facilities (e.g. massage, gaming machine), free breakfast.
